I Stood there in front of that lonely cross in front of a ditch and just stared. It had only been a month but I could still hear the shot echoing around me. Her life for mine. That was the deal. The love of my life gave her only life for me. I was a country so I would still live no matter where the shot hit but she did it anyway.
“What are you doing here Germany?” I glanced back and soon saw Britain. He seemed confused.
“Just visiting. What about you?” He walked closer and soon stopped close by.
“I’m confused about something. Why did she do that? Didn't she know?” I laughed a bit as a tear fell and I soon opened my hand. I already had gotten the ring.
“She knew I was the country of Germany but she thought I was mortal..... I never got to tell her that I would have been fine if you had done that to me.... I never got to tell her a lot of things.” I showed him the ring and he stopped right then. I just smiled and soon took off my cross. I had long made it a necklace to keep up with it better.
“How old?”
“Twenty two. Had a great future before her too...”
“Ludwig....”
“An apology won’t bring them back. First France’s love and now mine. You seem to have a thing about taking away lovers you know?”
“Ludwig, we didn't know! She looked just like you!”
“Until the wig fell off. You had a choice then Arthur. You chose to take her life. A gentlemen never goes back on a deal? Why didn't you just kill me and then let France take her to Italy and japan? They could have told her or even you guys. She trusted you all until you called for my death. So why? Why did you pull the trigger Arthur?” He looked away and I just nodded as i put the necklace back on with the ring on there.
“That’s what I thought. You were too scared of the others to go back on it. You chose instead to take an innocent life. So thanks.” Right then I left. Right as I got to the car, I hear him hit the ground sobbing. I didn't care though. His tears wouldn't bring her back. Nothing would ever bring her back.

World War 2
In all your years as a country, you could honestly say that this war was by far the worst you'd ever experienced. If not for the damage it caused your own country, then for the damage it caused Germany. You had plenty of hardships of your own, but every country believed this war to be Germany's fault, which just made things that much harder for him. But you knew better. He'd wanted no parts in this. You could see how torn up he was over this.
Dating him and living with him only made things worse for you. Ever since the war started, he'd been distant. Very rarely at home, and when he was, he was much quieter. You hated to see him

We'll always Be Connected (GermanyXReader)
"Vhat is zis?" Ludwig asked as you handed him a steaming cup of mañzania, you grin and say down next to him. Slowly he covered you with the thick dark green blanket he had brought with him, so you snuggled into his side. It was so cold that you saw little clouds made from your breath. You took a sip from your cup before answering.
"Mañzania. Its a herbal tea my mama makes whenever I'm sick." You answered and smiled up at him," It can be drunk with milk or just the basic water. To sweeten the bitter taste you can add sugar milk or honey. I like to use honey with no milk." You answered and smiled fondly at the thought of

Germany X Reader - Savior part 2
You were sitting on the ground, thinking about how many things changed in the past year. You were happy now and you didn't want to change a thing, you didn't wish for anything more. You continued daydreaming longer until you finally heard Ludwig's voice behind you.
"Sorry for being late. Did I make you wait long?"
YOu quickly got up and smiled at him.
"Don't worry, I didn't wait too long. Can we go now?"
"Ja, let's go."
Without saying anything, you two started that jog. You went on the same road as always, it was boring and there was nothing special to see but it was perfect for training and it was pretty nice too. There were trees and b
